John and I wanted to thank you for all the hard work you did in the sale of Johns mothers home. We meet you After John had called another realtor. His Mother has just passed away and medicaid was requesting payment of her medical bills. We needed an appraised value of her home. The "OTHER" Realtor said that he did not do any work with out payment. John got you name from a friend and you were quick to come and look at the house and gave your opinion of the value. We offered to pay you and you refused telling us you were happy to help us. After thinking about the situation we decided to put the house on the market. Of course we were going to list with our new friend, Bruce Miller. You are always on top of everthing and had a solution for any question we had. We feel like you were part of our family and always had our best interest in mind. It was great to work with you and we highly recommend your services. You went above and beyond of what we expected and will always remember your Kindest, Determination, Hardwork, and the success you achieved for us. Thank you again for helping us.
